Come and join us for this special occasion as we invoke the power of intuition, relaxation, and magic. Our moon gathering carries an incredible energy unparalleled in any other setting. It gives us – both individuals and our community as a whole – a chance to connect with something more profound, to open our awareness to the profoundness of the universe. As we use meditation ceremonies to come together and access our shared collective consciousness, there will be an opportunity for renewal. Step away from your everyday life, step into this tranquil atmosphere, and allow yourself to attune to a greater force. A force that will leave you feeling nourished and inspired by its divine beauty and mysterious power.

Breathwork is an ancient practice that involves focusing on the breath to bring awareness into the present moment. Breathwork can help reduce stress levels by allowing us to become more aware of our own body's signals and release tension from deep within. It can be done through various breathing techniques, such as alternate nostril breathing or Ujjayi breathing, which involve controlling the breath through certain patterns or cycles. Breathwork can also be used as a form of energy healing or therapy to access deeper layers of consciousness within each individual.

Meditation is a practice used throughout history by many cultures to connect with one’s inner self through stillness and silence. It involves sitting quietly while focusing on your breath or repeating mantras over again while allowing thoughts and feelings to come up without judgment or attachment until they eventually dissipate away like clouds passing by in the sky. Regular meditation has been proven scientifically to reduce stress levels while providing numerous mental health benefits, such as improved concentration and better sleep quality, amongst others.

Mindfulness is a practice that involves paying attention non-judgmentally towards one’s thoughts, feelings, and the environment without getting attached or carried away by them. It encourages being aware of how we think rather than just thinking without noticing it, which allows us to develop insight into our own behavior patterns so we can break free from any destructive cycles that may be holding us back from achieving our full potential. Mindfulness has been found scientifically effective at reducing symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and helps with stress managment.

We would love to see you!
