Items That Are Not Returnable
How and When Refunds and Exchanges Are Processed
Whether you’ve changed your mind, want to make an exchange, or we’ve made a mistake, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We will accept most returns within 30 days of delivery (see below for items not returnable). Please note that we process returns as quickly as possible and generally within 3 to 5 business days once they arrive at our shop.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
You may return new items in their original condition for a full refund, less 10% restocking fee and less the shipping costs. Please follow the directions in Packing & Sending Your Return to return the item you purchased. You are responsible for the associated shipping costs (both coming and going) to.
WANT TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one (e.g., different color, size, etc.), please follow the directions in Packing & Sending Your Return to return the original item you purchased. When you contact us for your Return Authorization Number, please let us know which item you would like in exchange. Once we receive the item you are returning, we will ship out your new item. You are responsible for a 10% restocking fee and the associated shipping costs (both coming and going).
We will gladly pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If this is the case, we will gladly exchange the merchandise, credit your in-shop account or refund the full merchandise price. When you contact us for your Return Authorization Number, let us know how you would like us to proceed. Please follow the directions in Packing & Sending Your Return to return the original item you purchased.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
E-mail or call our store and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

Place the Return Authorization Number on the front of the package.
Be sure to include your return address on the package.
Affix the proper postage and include insurance. Please note that it is important you insure the package in case of loss or damage in transit. We cannot credit you if we don't receive it "-).
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE
Sweet Medicine Shop does not accept returns of the following items:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
Items purchased from sellers other than Sweet Medicine Shop.
Any CD, DVD, cassette tape that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
PROCESSING PAYMENT REFUND
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund, exchange or shop credit once we've received and processed your returned item. If it is a refund, and the original item was paid with a credit card we will issue a credit to that account.
We process returns as quickly as possible and generally within 3 to 5 business days once they arrive at our shop.
Gift items may be returned for exchange or in-shop credit. You'll receive a credit for the purchase amount of the returned item(s), not including any shipping costs to use immediately in exchange or at a later date.
